We ensure the highest quality for all the food we serve, and we process every item possible --- from fresh fruit to slicing salads and sandwiches --- in our own 8,000 square foot facility, so you don't have to. Understanding the growing concern over food allergies, we've become experts in the field and are members of the "Food Allergy Network," and we can meet the nutritional needs of all children. While feeding kids is our specialty -- and passion -- we feed thousands of grownups too. Kathy's Cuisine our Corporate Catering Division prepares corporate breakfasts, lunches, military functions, and special events. We have been a leader in the the Washington, DC, metropolitan catering scene since 1970. And it's no surprise: if we can make children stand up and cheer for macaroni and cheese just think what we can do with brie and smoked salmon.
